• Discord User IDs: Used to identify users for moderation, ticketing, and configuration purposes.
• Discord Server IDs: Used to manage per-server configuration and settings.
• Usernames: Used for display in tickets, logs, and dashboards.
• Bot Configuration Data: Server-specific settings, roles, channels, and feature configurations.
• Command Usage Data: Records of commands executed, used for analytics and troubleshooting.
• Ticket Data: Ticket content and metadata for support ticket management.
• Moderation-Related Data: Warnings, bans, mutes, and other moderation actions for record-keeping and enforcement.

3. How Data Is Used

Data is used solely to operate and improve the Service. We do not process data for purposes unrelated to the core functionality of PrismBot.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell your data. We do not share your data with third parties for advertising or commercial purposes. Data may only be disclosed when required by law or to protect the integrity and security of the Service.

5. Data Retention

We retain data only for as long as necessary to provide the Service. Specifically:

• Configuration data is retained while the bot is active in your server and is deleted when the bot is removed or the relevant configuration is reset.
• Ticket data is retained for the duration of the ticket and may be deleted upon request.
• Moderation records are retained for the duration they are active and may be removed when no longer relevant.
• Command usage data is retained for a reasonable period for analytics and is periodically purged.

6. Data Deletion

You may request deletion of your data at any time. To request data deletion, you may reach out through our Discord community. We will process deletion requests within a reasonable timeframe.

7. Security

We take reasonable measures to protect data from unauthorized access, alteration, or disclosure. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
